PROS: easy to use and looks cool.
CONS: It does not work properly. I have recorded about 150 MG in the NTFS HDD.
It shows no memory used in the brows mode or in the USB connection to the computer.
It also crashes as I try to record more.
I have tried to delete the videos and it crashes. Therefore, it is useless for me now.
I tried to contact the customer support and they kept telling me it is a hardware issue. Even though it is a memory corruption issue ( Software issue). They did not
send RMA and the experience I had is very bad. Therefore, I can not use this product anymore and no solution to it.
The only option is to reformat the HDD. But, it will not solve the issue.
