(More customer reviews)I purchased this Product on 11-24-09. Right off the bat the CD player did not work. Gemini likes to do all their own service work. I had decided that I did not want this unit if it is going to have problems. After a long two month back and forth with Gemini. Gemini would not give myself or the company that I purchased the unit from a credit. Stating that they did not know if the consumer did the damage. I did not use this CDMP-1400. It is in the same condition that I received it in. I even asked Gemini if I could return it to them so they could examine it to make sure that I had not abused it. They still would not let me. I would not recommend buying any Gemini product. This company can not stand behind their products, they are only out to get your money. Two thumbs down.
