(More customer reviews)By my daughter (purchaser). I can't download any songs on this device. I will be trying to return this product. Apparently does not work with Window's live. Does not recommend using Windows media player. Quote from owners manual: "Please be aware that the player does not support music purchased on iTunes(R) because those songs are copyright protected." Another quote: "...just make sure the files are not Protected WMA." My daughter cannot say "I hate this thing" enough. Perhaps she doesn't fully understand how to use it, but I would research this product thoroughly before buying. I know she's spent a lot of time trying to figure it out and is very frustrated and disappointed, feeling like she wasted her own money on it.
