(More customer reviews)I wanted a unit that would be an improvement in sound over my old cd player as far as simply playing cd's, and one that could be used to record original cd's from my Roland VS 840 GX. I did several hours of research and believe the Sony RCD-W50C to be the perfect solution. I had heard complaints from some people about an audible click between tracks with most cd recorders when recording one track at a time. However, this unit has no noise at all between tracks when you set the "gap" to "on". You really ought to consider this unit. Simply put, it sounds great!
