(More customer reviews)It does the job. For the price I cannot complain. I new ahead of time it did not come with any kind of software or instructions. It would have been nice if it had come with software though. BD-R software is fairly pricey and hard to get in some cases. But for $140 compared to all of the competing BD-R (Slimline/notebook) all going for $200 and up, I am satisfied with this unit.
