i am glad to see younger people rediscovering vinyl,
unfortantly most of the record players in my price range had a toy like aperance that seemed to be aimed twored the twenty somethings
this turntable will do anything you will ever need it to do
it will hook up to your computer to digitize your albums if thats what you want
i just use it to play the heck out of all my old great albums
there are 2 things you must know in order to make this record player work
1, it comes from the factory with an RCA chord already attached
but it is way to short
i found a longer one at wall mart for just a few dollars
2 and this is very important.
because of hi tech reasons that i wont bother you with.
it wont play when you plug it into your phono jacks on the back of your tuner
instead try putting them in the CD jacks and play Cd's from the auxilary jacks.
it seems weird, but the only other way to make many of these modern turntables work is to buy a device that can cost as much as the record player itself.
my stereo plays tapes records and Cd's fine.
it just looks kinda funny seeing the turntable playing while it says CD on the tuner
