(More customer reviews)I received my order yesterday and was surprised that the part I received did not look like the picture on the posting. I thought I was receiving what the picture showed, but I only received the red portion. I need the full unit. Have called Russell Industries twice and left messages for a return call.
Have spoken to the representative about the order. He was very helpful and offered to have me return the needle. Instead I chose to purchase the "head" part of the unit and it is being shipped out now.
Just be aware that the picture is not accurate and you will only receive the "RED" portion of the picture if ordering this part.
