(More customer reviews)I have an Acer Aspire One AOD250. The audio does not work on this drive when recording or playing DVD's. I contacted, Acer, the Manufacturer, and was informed that some software files needed to be upgraded "FOR A FEE" in order for the drive to work despite the fact that the computer is still under warranty. I am returning the drive to Amazon.
